John has spent the past seven years with Greenhous and GRS in particular. He led IT development within GRS from its very early days helping it to become a leading user of technology within its industry. A passionate advocate of IT being a tool that can turn a good business great; he is a family man first and foremost.

Interests include: Rugby, Skiing, and Motorsports.

Andy has spent the last 10 years analysisng and developing windows and internet based solutions, which for the last 3 years have been based upon Microsoft .NET technologies. Prior to joining GTS, Andy has been managing a software development team, developing solutions for the mortgage distribution and packaging market. Other key skills include Business Analysis, Project Management and SQL Server development. Andy's philosophy is that, delivery through planning and a creative team spirit is the key to success... along with a bit of fun!

Interests include: Snowboarding, Motor Bikes and playing the drums (badly!)

Carl has been in the IT industry for over 15 years. Most of this time was working for a UK IBM Business partner, firstly as a software developer, then later as Technical Services Manager. Carl's skills are in IBM midrange systems, local and wide area networking, server and client deployment using Microsoft technologies in a wide variety of business sectors including motor component manufacture, steel stockholders and various manufacturing and distribution operations.

Interests include: motorsport, football and the Korean martial art - Tae Kwon Do.

Kelly has worked in the IT industry for over 4 years, originally as part of the GRS IT department. She has experienced working in varied areas of IT including Technical Support, Helpdesk and Development and has now moved in to Account Management.

Interests include: reading (crime fiction - James Patterson, Mark Billingham), socialising with friends.

Paula started Software Development in the MS Access environment and then progressed to the SQL Server environment, she has a strong background in Business Systems Analysis involving both Windows and Hand Held device systems which is used to full advantage in her Customer Liaison role.

Interests include: Motocross, Walking, Books (Harry Potter and Colin Dextor) and TV (CSI).

Bhoppy has worked in the IT industry for over 5 years. He joined the Greenhous Group after completing his BSc Business Information Systems degree at The University Of Wolverhampton in 2002. Bhoppy's responsibilities revolve around monitoring system performance and ensuring systems are maintained to the highest standard. His key skills include local and wide area networking, the use and support of a range of Microsoft and bespoke software applications and the deployment of wireless technologies.

Interests include: playing Field Hockey, attending the gym, football and movies.

Sarah's role within GTS is to log the calls that come into the Helpdesk and assign them to the technicians. She has worked for the Greenhous Group for 6 years, and since working for GTS has qualified as a Fast Approved Software Manager.

Kara has recently joined GTS and her main responsibilities revolve around the demands of the Helpdesk. She assists with logging all the calls and the controlling of the technicians' day to day work. Kara is also studying for a HNC in Business Management.

Interests include: Attending the Gym, Socialising and shopping with friends and going to Music festivals.

Jon began studying computer programming at school way back in 1977. He is experienced in designing integrated software solutions for Windows, Web and Hand-held device environments. He believes that it is important for software applications to provide intuitive, flexible and robust solutions.

Interests include: Movies (sci-fi, action, and comedy), Books (Jeremy Clarkson and Jeff Noon are current favourites), Motor-sports and Music.

Mike has been involved in developing solutions for the Web & Windows for most of the last decade. In recent years this has been primarily focussed on the .NET environment and SQL Server. Mike originally comes from an audio electronics background, and can still wield a mean soldering iron.

Interests include: Being outdoors, abusing guitars, reading too much....

James is a developer specialising in solutions using Microsoft .NET and SQL Server technologies. He believes that attention to detail is crucial in software design.

Interests include: hill-walking and playing the piano.

Mike began his career in the Law where he acquired his keen analytical and forensic skills which in recent years he has deployed to the benefit of companies such as 'Egg' and 'Pilkington' as a database systems analyst and application developer taking an active role in the design, development and implementation of database applications. Mike has a wide experience in transactional processing systems and datawarehousing.

Interests include: sailing, music, history and literature.

Russ has been working in software development since graduating in 2000. He has experience in Java and .NET on windows and the web. Russ is South African.

Interests include: Music, sports and just stuff that is interesting. He mostly listens to Jack Johnson.

Mike is one of the newest members of the team. He joins us after spending over 6 years working on a number of large projects for EDS. Mike is Microsoft certified in ASP.net 1.1 and ASP.net 2.0.

Interests include: Socialising with friends and playing squash.

Before joining GTS Andy spent seven years writing software for the finance industry. He also spent a brief spell in the power station industry while at university.

Interests include: Listening to music, watching bands and playing the guitar. Despite being quite a cheerful chap, all his songs sound depressing. He also has a terrible singing voice!

Marshall has been working as an IT Support Engineer for 7 years. For most of his career he was employed by the NHS where he gained invaluable experience supporting a variety of systems relevant to a large organisation. Marshall's skills are in hardware and software support, local and wide area networking and liaising with colleagues and clients to resolve IT problems.

Interests include: motorsport, car restoration and spending time with his newborn son.
